Job responsibilities for recruitment by overseas headhunting companies:

(1) Develop international market expansion strategies targeting major markets such as the United States, Europe, and Japan to ensure the company's product market share and brand awareness in the international market.

(2) Search for and establish cooperative relationships with international brand companies to promote and sell the company's products in the international market.

(3) Responsible for expanding the domestic supply chain, collaborating with suppliers, ensuring efficient operation of the supply chain to meet the demands of the international market.

(4) Supervise the operation and management of the International Business Unit team, including team building, training, and performance evaluation.

(5) Track and analyze international market trends and competitors' situations, and adjust market strategies and product positioning in a timely manner.
