Main responsibilities of domestic headhunting company positions:

1. Operating room operation and management:

Fully responsible for the daily operation of the operating room, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, consumables management, and environmental monitoring, to ensure that the operating room is always in an efficient, clean, and compliant state.

Establish, optimize, and strictly implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), sterile operating procedures, and emergency plans for the operating room.

As the first person responsible for operating room safety, ensure that all activities comply with regulations related to biosafety, chemical safety, and animal welfare.

2. Technical team leadership and development:

Lead and manage a technical team consisting of veterinarians, laboratory technicians, nurses, etc., responsible for the team's work arrangements, performance evaluation, skills training, and career development planning.

Create a positive, rigorous, and collaborative team culture, enhance the overall technical level and problem-solving ability of the team.

Responsible for pre job training and certification of new employees, ensuring their proficiency in relevant SOPs and operational skills.

3. Professional Technology and Quality Control:

Lead or personally perform difficult animal intervention surgeries (such as vascular intervention, catheterization, etc.), and serve as the main surgeon or on-site guide for complex surgeries.

Strictly supervise the technical process of all surgical operations, and be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of surgical quality and data recording.

Lead the resolution of complex technical difficulties and unexpected situations that arise during the surgical process.

Participate in the development, establishment, and validation of new surgical models and technological methods.

4. Compliance and Collaboration:

Ensure that all experimental activities strictly adhere to the experimental protocol.

Work closely with project leaders and researchers, participate in experimental design discussions, provide professional technical input, and ensure the technical feasibility and scientificity of experimental plans.

Responsible for organizing surgical related materials and assisting in the evaluation of research results and report writing.

Qualifications and competency requirements for recruitment positions in domestic headhunting companies:

1. 学历与资质：持有国家认可的医学相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备副主任医师或同等高级技术职称。

2. 工作经验：拥有5年以上介入手术相关工作经验，其中至少2年以上为手术室或技术团队管理经验。有在GLP实验室或大动物试验机构工作经验者优先。

3. 专业技能：

Proficient in anatomy, physiology, and anesthesia knowledge of experimental animals such as beagle dogs, miniature pigs, rabbits, non-human primates, etc.

Proficient in microsurgery and interventional techniques, able to independently complete various complex vascular punctures, catheter implantation, and interventional treatments.

Familiar with the operation and image interpretation of imaging equipment such as DSA, ultrasound, CT, etc.
