Job responsibilities of domestic headhunting companies:
1. Develop and improve the company's quality management system, processes, and standards (such as AQL inspection standards, process standards, etc.).
2. Supervise the inspection process of raw materials, accessories, and finished garments (including first piece inspection, patrol inspection, final inspection, etc.), and lead the analysis and improvement of major quality issues (such as batch defects, customer complaints, etc.).
3. Establish and train a quality inspection team, optimize manpower allocation, and control quality costs (such as rework, scrapping, and claim expenses).
4. Collaborate with production and procurement departments to prevent quality risks, and coordinate with customers for inspection (such as third-party inspection agencies).
5. Analyze quality data (such as first pass rate, return rate) to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications for Recruitment Positions by Domestic Headhunting Companies:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design and Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. Over 8 years of experience in quality management in the clothing industry, and over 5 years of experience in team management.
3. Familiar with domestic and international clothing quality standards (such as GB, AATCC, ISO).
4. Proficient in QC seven major tools, FMEA and other quality tools, proficient in using ERP and quality management software.
5. Familiar with clothing production processes and common defects such as sewing, printing, and size issues.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to predict risks and make decisions, excellent communication and coordination skills, and able to withstand high pressure.
