Recruitment position for domestic headhunting company: TQM Managerial J6019
Job requirements for domestic headhunting companies:
1. Collaborate with members of the operations department and management team to develop and establish the company's quality strategy, plans, policies, procedures, and objectives; And regularly report the effectiveness of the goals
2. Provide expert advice, guidance, and problem-solving solutions for the organization to drive quality and continuous improvement through unique, customer-oriented quality issues
3. Identify complex quality issues and opportunities for business process improvement, and coordinate/prioritize the company's corrective/preventive action plan to improve customer and employee satisfaction
4. Promote the organization's understanding of customer requirements in matters related to the company's quality management system, and provide internal training and cross departmental coordination
5. Ensure the effectiveness of the company's quality system through annual audits, carry out follow-up activities for corrective/preventive measures, review the subsequent results, record and report to the management team
6. Coordinate and organize project management work from a quality perspective
