1. Professional competence in finance and accounting:

Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS): able to prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and understand its differences from Chinese accounting standards (PRC GAAP), able to clearly explain and adjust to headquarters.

Comprehensive financial management capability of Indonesian factories: responsible for comprehensive financial work, including but not limited to:

Budget and Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, conduct monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts, and provide financial guidance for base operations.

Cost accounting and control: Establish a cost accounting system suitable for manufacturing business (such as standard cost method, activity-based costing method), conduct in-depth analysis of cost drivers, and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans.

Funds and Treasury Management: Manage daily cash flow, optimize fund utilization efficiency, prevent foreign exchange risks, and ensure fund security.

Financial analysis and decision support: Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, prepare management reports, and provide valuable decision support to the base general manager and headquarters management (such as investment project analysis, product pricing analysis, etc.).

Internal Control and Audit: Establish and maintain an effective internal control system, coordinate responses to internal and external audits.

2. Tax management and compliance expert:

Local tax experts: crucial! Must be proficient in the tax laws of the host country (corporate income tax, value-added tax/consumption tax, customs duties, personal income tax, property tax, etc.), able to conduct tax planning to optimize tax burden, while ensuring 100% compliance and timely completion of tax declaration and payment.

International tax knowledge: Understand tax issues related to cross-border transactions, such as transfer pricing, withholding tax (WHT), permanent establishment (PE), etc., and be able to assist headquarters in designing reasonable related party transaction models.


3. Language proficiency:

Fluent Business English: Ability is a mandatory requirement. Not only can it handle English financial documents and reports, but it can also conduct smooth business meetings, speeches, negotiations, and written reports.

Local language proficiency: If the host country is a non-native English speaking country (such as Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.), mastering the local language will be a huge bonus, which can greatly improve the efficiency and depth of communication with local departments.
