Overseas headhunting companies have learned that on December 28, 2025, the "New Quality Future, Creating Changzhou Together" Tongji Alumni Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum and the Changzhou Tongji Academic Research Association 2025 Annual Meeting were grandly held at the Marriott Hotel in Changzhou. At the event, the stars shone brightly, and Tongji alumni from different eras and fields gathered together to discuss new paths for technological innovation, industrial transformation, and the integration of campus and local development.
In the first stage of the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum", outstanding alumni representatives from fields such as manufacturing, new materials, new energy, and digital economy took the stage to share their entrepreneurial practices and strategic thinking. Among them, Longfengming, a 2013 MBA student from Tongji University, the general manager of Jiangsu Tianwen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and the founder of E-family Education and Training Institution, delivered a brilliant speech on the theme of "Dual track New Quality Turning Danger into Opportunity". She vividly interprets the practical path of "dual track new quality" by combining her own experience of founding a new material enterprise against the trend and restructuring education and training business under the impact of the epidemic - using technology to deeply cultivate and build a solid foundation for development, activating transformation momentum through model innovation, and opening up new opportunities in crisis. She emphasized that 'new quality' is not a conceptual slogan, but stems from continuous investment, independent innovation, and adherence to the team and original intention.
The following is the full text of the essence version of Long Fengming's alumni speech, to share with you.
1、 Collapse and Awakening in Crisis:
尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的校友朋友们： 大家好 我是龙凤铭，龙凤呈祥的龙凤，刻苦铭心的铭，这个名字饱含了父母对我的祝福和期待。但是太大太刚太张扬，所以我给自己取了个字，字“含章”，取自于《易经》坤卦中的卦辞“含章可贞”。非常荣幸今天能站在这里与各位师长和同窗们汇报和分享我的故事。 2021年的一天下午，我开着车停在一个僻静处，看看四周无人，便抱着方向盘嚎啕大哭，这是我迄今为止唯一的一次因为工作而哭。大家应该能够猜到是什么原因，没错，就是疫情。因为疫情，我和先生所自创的化工商贸企业受到了沉重的打击，在扛了大半年停工不停薪没放弃一个员工的状态下好不容易零零星星有了一些订单，却迎来了一个更大的挑战:采购的原材料价格直线飙升，特别是进口材料，销售的价格却直线下降，甚至出现了价格倒挂，导致企业无法正常运营。我们所自创的教育培训企业更惨，线下业务一度处于停顿状态，2019年下半年还上了系统，扩了团队，本来打算大干一场，光教育这个模块一下子两百多万打水漂了。 怎么办呢？是继续前行还止损撤退？撤退的话，两个人去做职业经理旱涝保收日子肯定过得还不错，可是跟着我们的团队怎么办？近十年的创业心血怎么办？那颗不甘的心如何安放？擦干眼泪，人理智和清醒了很多，脑子里就是四个字“绝不放弃”！我先生跟我一样的想法，他说:“又不是没苦过，连桥洞下都睡过，大不了到时候重头再来。”于是我们商量了破局之法，也就是今天我想跟大家分享的“双轨新质，化危为机”。
2、 From import dependence to domestic substitution: a hardcore breakthrough
双轨新质的第一个轨道，先破局化工商贸企业，2021年10月，我们决策了一个迎难而上、破釜沉舟的招:原材料太贵，咱们自己创一个生产原材料的生产企业。于是我们开始了第五次创业，创办了江苏天问新材料科技有限公司，通过短短四年的发展，目前已经初具规模，自购厂房三栋，获得国家专利19项，并通过ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001三体系认证，被认定为国家级高新技术企业。 天问新材简介 这一次的化危为机、险中求胜得益于我同济大学的导师尤建新老院长的点拨，每年我都会和先生一同前往同济请教经营之道，尤院长指点我们要建立自己的护城河，要有自己的核心技术，要有自己的专利产品，要提升企业的资质背书。我们都照做了，未雨绸缪，每年投入研发经费占销售额的10%，储备了拥有自己技术的产品，用于替代国外进口的产品，在性能和质量达标的情况下可以做到进口价格的二分之一，甚至三分之一。有部分产品甚至超出进口产品的性能，比如我们的球型蜡和网纹蜡，产品一投产就试机成功，目前发展还算顺利。当然这里还要特别感恩国家对中小微企业的扶持，特别感恩这种‘同舟共济’的精神。
3、 Refactoring thinking: allowing education and training to grow again in crisis
The second track of the dual track new quality, breaking through the barriers of education and training enterprises, I firmly believe that "the overall environment is not good, and everyone needs to learn more, more precise learning, and more cost-effective learning". Therefore, I have made strategic adjustments from four aspects:
1. New quality in delivery channels: opening up online new media teaching channels;
2. New quality in product development: focusing on core products in the business empowerment sector:
1) One Foundation: Yucai Engine (Yucai Engine: ETT Excellent Trainer Growth Camp)
2）双翼：攻坚双轨（市场扩张:EMT卓越营销官成长营 & 团队引领:ELT卓越管理者成长营 ）
3. A new quality in strategic layout: the addition of a family education track and the establishment of a smart companion system for family business development.
4. New quality in marketing channels: Established a strategic cooperation alliance, named E Family Education and Training Alliance. Mutual channels, embracing each other for warmth.
I would like to report to everyone that the education and training module is still alive, and it is becoming more and more vibrant.
This module is still alive, and I would like to express my special gratitude to two alumni. The first is Dr. Li Zhongyue, the president of our Changzhou Alumni Association. Thank you for your support and encouragement all along! The second one is Yang Yan, a junior brother of the 2023 class, who ignited the dream of our family business co prosperity module. Our family's Da Bao took the college entrance examination this year, and under his academic plan, he saved 70-80% by ranking second in the interview in Changzhou City and was admitted to the Electronic Information major at Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University, which is in Da Bao's mind. I also took a roller coaster ride with Da Bao during the college entrance examination, and truly realized that only through the prosperity of family and business can happiness be truly achieved. So now I have also entered into strategic cooperation with Junior Brother Yang at the company level. This is the 1.0 version of our 'Family Prosperity Smart Companion Running System'. Our mission is to make family prosperity no longer difficult to achieve, and our vision is to be committed to enabling thousands of families to achieve family prosperity. Leaders, teachers and sisters who are interested in this field are also welcome to share this vision.
I have a great passion and determination for education and training. A few days ago, Senior Brother Dai Xiaohao interviewed me and I told my own growth story. At the age of 18, I was forced to drop out of school, but through learning, I changed my fate. I was fortunate enough to have coffee with all the excellent Tongji people; Fortunately, I found a suitable partner and had three children together; I am fortunate to have found the career that I have been pursuing for a lifetime. Of course, this is currently my optimistic assumption, and there will inevitably be many challenges ahead. But I'm not afraid because you're here, with so many good teachers and friends like me. I will persist in being long-term oriented: optimistically envisioning, pessimistically planning, and steadfastly executing.
4、 Gratitude, Inheritance, and Mission
I consider myself fortunate—fortunate to have met so many kind and supportive mentors and friends in my life, especially fellow members of the Tongji community, who have offered me tremendous help and encouragement. Beyond Senior Brother Li Yuezhong and Junior Brother Yang Yan whom I just mentioned, my gratitude also goes to Professor Xiong Guoyue, Professor Shao Luning, Professor Zhang Jiantong, Professor Shi Qian, Director Li Yibin, Teacher Cheng Xuebin, Teacher Tang Xian, Senior Brother Zhang Xinzhi, Senior Brother Dai Xiaohao, Senior Brother Zhou Sheng, Senior Brother Hua Jianmin, Senior Brother Xie Yichun, Senior Brother Gao Wenzhong, Senior Brother Lu Xuesong, Senior Brother Yao Zhi, Senior Sister Shi Wen, Senior Brother Shen Yongsheng, Senior Brother Lu Yuzong, Senior Brother Chen Qiuguo, Junior Brother Yan Hao, Junior Brother Chen Liangliang, Junior Brother Wu Yu, Junior Sister He Yifan, Junior Sister Chen Fangyuan, as well as the entire Tongji Suzhou Class of 2013. The list goes on and on. To all of you, I bow deeply to express my sincere thanks for filling my life with the spirit of "rowing in the same boat, pulling together through thick and thin".
The positivity and kindness you have bestowed upon me, I have been paying forward. Over the past decade, our education and training division has organized 150 sessions of public welfare learning activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we never furloughed a single team member and made multiple donations to disaster-stricken areas. To this day, we set aside a fixed monthly charity fund to support underprivileged children with their education. Whenever the Alumni Association hosts events, I always do my part to contribute what little I can. I firmly believe that if we treat the world with kindness, the world will reciprocate in kind.
"Row together in the same boat; pass on the love!" This is a mission I will carry on steadfastly. Today, we have leaders from many universities in attendance.
