Job responsibilities for recruitment by overseas headhunting companies:
1. Responsible for market channel development and sales of products, executing and completing the company's annual product sales plan;
2. According to the company's marketing strategy, explore new markets and customers, enhance sales value, expand the sales share of products in the responsible area, actively achieve sales quantitative targets, and create profits for the company;
3. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp their needs in real time, provide proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful services, and enhance customer satisfaction;
4. Independently handle inquiries, quotations, negotiation of contract terms, and contract signing based on the company's products, prices, and market strategies. During the contract execution process, track, coordinate, and ensure that customer orders are completed on schedule and payment collection is completed;
5. Collect and analyze relevant information on industry development, competitors, and product patents through multiple channels such as the internet, exhibitions, and social media;
6. Timely convey customer special requirements and quality complaints, establish tracking channels, and close customer complaints on schedule.
7. Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments of the company; Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.
8. Responsible for tracking the signatures of both parties on contracts/agreements related to customers.

Recruitment requirements for overseas headhunting companies:
1. Education level: College degree or above, major in Mechanical Manufacturing/International Trade/Business English/Marketing;
2. Work experience: More than 2 years of international/domestic market expansion ability in the automotive parts industry, proficient in market expansion and customer development related work;
3. Age requirement: between 25 and 35 years old, gender not limited;
4. General skills: proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT; Can understand two-dimensional drawings. Familiar with the relevant content of IATF16949;
5. Professional skills: Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation abilities; Understand the knowledge and processes of contract law, international commercial law, international trade settlement, and international physical operations, and possess basic business negotiation skills;
6. Other requirements: rigorous work, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and a strong team spirit; Capable of withstanding pressure and able to adapt to short-term domestic and international business trips.
