1.与运营部和管理团队成员合作,制定、建立公司质量战略、计划、政策、程序和目标; 并定期报告目标的有效性
2.为组织提供专家建议,指导和问题解决方案,以独特的,以客户为导向的质量问题,以推动质量和持续改进
3.识别复杂的质量问题和业务流程改进的机会,并协调/优先考虑公司的纠正/预防措施计划,从而提高客户和员工满意度
4.在公司质量管理体系相关事宜上促进整个组织对顾客要求的认识,并提供内部培训和跨部门协调
5.通过年度审核,确保公司质量体系的有效性,并进行纠正/预防措施的后续活动,并对后续结果进行审查,记录并报告给管理团队
6.从质量方面协调组织的项目管理工作

Requirements for recruitment positions in domestic headhunting companies:
1.Cooperate with members of Operations department and management team to formulate, establish company quality strategy, plans, policies, procedures and goals; and provide regular report on the effectiveness of targets
2.Provide organization with expert advice, direction, and problem solving to unique, customer-oriented quality issues to drive quality and continuous improvement
3.Identify complex quality issues and opportunities for business process improvement, and coordinate/prioritize the company's corrective/preventive action plan leading to improved customer and employee satisfaction
